We are fortunate enough to be granted a date for this workshop over the Spring Equinox, an important time in the calendar since time immemorial, where night and day are of equal length. It signifies a change in the seasons, where the cold, dark, wet winter months give way to the return of the light and warmth and the regeneration of life in the plants and animals and indeed ourselves as we turn our faces to the sun once again and feel the natural lift this gives to the spirit.

With cooperation from the weather I am optimistic that we will be able to dance outside in the hallowed grounds of Leela where many a transformative experience has occured over the twenty years of my career leading Biodanza here. There is something extraordinarily special about vivencias in nature. They truly are uncannily more than the sum of their parts and some of the deepest, most profound connections in the line of Transcendence can and do happen with regularity.

We shall explore themes of renewal and rebirth, fecundity and fertility, change, awakening, the celebration and honouring of natural cycles, harmony, growth and the return of Life!

This is a weekend for experienced dancers and beginners alike and will feature four full length vivencias, two each from Niraj and Mila plus a Saturday evening happening to be decided.
